Account Questions:
1. How do I log into my account?
Logging into your account is easy. Go to www.vendor.OurWeddingDay.com type in your Username and Password in the spaces provided at the upper right corner. Or you can login through our homepage by going to OurWeddingDay.com , and clicking on VENDOR in the upper right hand corner. Then click on VENDOR LOGIN and type your information in the spaces provided.
2. What is my username and password?
Your OurWeddingDay.com username and password were provided in your welcome email. Your username is usually your email address. If you’ve forgotten your password please click here to request a new one.
3. It says my username is already in use. What do I do now?
While you may not have an active account with us, your email address is already in our system. This may be because someone in your company once signed up for a trial membership. Check your email box for an email with a new password to log into your account and rebuild your advertisement.
4. How do I change my password?
You can change your password by going to the EDIT PROFILE tab in your account and saving your changes.
5. How do I sign up for more than one account?
If you want to purchase multiple accounts, please give us a call at 800-811-4934 and we will set you up a right away.
Lead Questions:
1. What is a lead?
A lead is the contact information of a bride interested in your services. A lead is not a guaranteed job. It’s up to you to call or email her and make the sale.
2. Why aren't there any leads in my inbox?
It often helps to adjust your minimum job bid by going to the SEARCH INFO tab in your account. Still not seeing leads? Be patient. Thousands of brides join OurWeddingDay.com each week so new leads will be appearing soon.
3. Why aren't there any lead notices in my email box?
Check your spam folder, and adjust your settings to accept all emails from OurWeddingDay.com.
4. Why is a lead closed?
A lead is closed after five vendors have pursued it. This is to your benefit. Brides aren’t overwhelmed by vendor contacts and are more receptive to hear about your services. Keep in mind that Premier Members get access to all leads before Standard Members.
5. Where do my leads come from?
When a bride sets up her OurWeddingDay.com account, she enters her needed services as well as her event location and budget. We send you leads to the brides that match your services. We’ve partner with David’s Bridal, America’s largest and most successful wedding retailer, to provide the best brides for you.
Billing Questions:
1. When is my account billed?
You are billed on the day your account is created and on that date each month. For example if you signed up on the 15th of the month, your billing date will be the 15th of each month.
2. How much does it cost?
Standard Membership is only $19.95 per month. Enjoy the benefits of an upgraded Premier Membership for $39.95 per month.
3. How do I upgrade my membership?
You can upgrade your membership at any time by logging into your account and going to the ACCOUNT HISTORY tab. Click on the UPGRADE option and edit your new features.
4. How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership by logging into your account and going to the ACCOUNT HISTORY tab. Click on the CANCEL MEMBERSHIP option. You will receive a confirmation email for your records.
Advertisement Questions:
1. How do I build my advertisement?
You can create your advertisement by going to the EDIT PROFILE tab in your account. Enter the text that best describes your company. Premier Members have the advantage of uploading more information about their companies’ services including company background, services, testimonials, service area and a special message to brides.
2. How do I upload photographs into my advertisement?
You can upload your allotted number of photographs through the EDIT PROFILE tab and then clicking on MANAGE PHOTOS. Click on BROWSE and search your personal files for the right photo. Please note our system only accepts photos in .jpg format.
3. How do I manage and update my photographs?
You can update your photographs through the EDIT PROFILE tab and then clicking on MANAGE PHOTOS. To delete a photo, click on it and press the delete or backspace key on your computer. Choose your main listing photograph by clicking on the blue icon underneath it.
